👋 Hi, I’m Susan,

I’m a professional psychologist. I’ve spent my life teaching these skills and I’ve taught the best. Astronauts. Antarctic Explorers. Ground Control crews. I specialise in teaching mental performance skills to people who really need them to work.

I’m also just like you. Over the years I’ve taken on more and more responsibility, inside and outside work. I’ve become a manager. A leader. A parent. I’ve experienced that gradual increasing weight of responsibility. The priorities pulling you in every direction. I really know what it’s like.

That’s why I created this programme. The skills I teach elite professionals are the same ones I think everyone should have. We’re all looking to be more productive. To feel more comfortable with the chaos. To feel less pressure. That’s what mental performance training helps with.

But it can be hard to know what’s actually effective. You can read a hundred books and watch a thousand YouTube videos, but nothing compares to being taught what works by someone who can tailor the right training to your own circumstances.

FAQ

How much time do I need to commit?

A minimum of 1 hour training per month and 1 hour Q&A with Susan per month. The training will be recorded so you can watch the replay if you can’t attend live. On top of that, you’ll have access to a wealth of resources and a great community. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out!

What is Mid-Career?

I consider this anyone 25 years + before you reach really senior levels. But, if you like the sound of the programme, and don’t think you fit in this bracket, please drop me an email or book a call and we can see if you’d be a good fit.

Is it just for those in the space sector?

For the first cohort, we’re looking to create a community, so anyone from the space sector or STEM related field would be well-suited. However, the skills taught are transferable to / from any sector, so drop me an email and we can have a chat.

When is the monthly training?

Once we have the first cohort started, we’ll let you know exact times asap. We’ll do the training on different days / times each month to fit people’s schedules. Any live training you miss, will be recorded and sent to you asap, so you don’t miss out.

Are there monthly payment options?

Currently we are asking everyone to pay in full in advance of their cohort starting.

How much 1-2-1 time do I get with Susan?

You get two 1-2-1 coaching sessions including in the programme with Susan. You can also upgrade to the VIP tier to gain an additional five 1-2-1 coaching sessions with Susan, to be taken throughout the year.
